offered on ShoppingCabin.com websites are brand-new and backed by the
applicable manufacturers' warranties. The default warranty or length of time
the warranty is applicable varies from company to company: products are
supported in accordance with the terms and conditions of each individual
manufacturer. This information is usually provided as part of individual

How Do I
Place An Order?
We offer a variety of ways to place an order:
Order online - When you place an order through our website you will find it
safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered
before your order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent directly to
you within seconds! To keep your information safe and secure, we use GeoTrust
SSL and ScanAlert/Hacker Safe, 128-bit SSL which is the highest encryption
protection commercially available.
Call us - Our dedicated sales and service team is ready to place your order
over the phone. If you prefer talking to a person when placing an order, ShoppingCabin
gives you the option of ordering by phone. Our Customer Service Representatives
are available at 216-939-4206 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST on weekdays.
What Are My Payment Options?
Credit Cards We
accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Google Checkout - With Google Checkout you can quickly and easily buy from
stores across the web and track all your orders and shipping in one place. You
can keep your email address confidential, and easily turn off unwanted emails
from stores where you use Google Checkout.
Wire Transfer For larger orders we may be able to accept Wire Transfer
payment. Please contact our customer service line for more information on this
service.
Please note: Orders placed with other payment types including Google
Checkout, Paypal, and other payment processors except major credit cards will
be processed immediately. Credit Card payments for larger orders may require
confirmation that the shipping address is a verified address with the card
holder.
Order Confirmation
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order
Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This
confirmation will include both an invoice for record of payment and your ShoppingCabin
Order Number. This email is your receipt – if by chance you lose it, please
let us know and we will be happy to provide a copy. Please review it upon
receipt to check for any unwanted errors – catching them early is key.
If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us, please
contact us to resolve the issue. Be sure to include your account email address
and order number – if you have not received it, there may be an error in your
email address within our accounts. We will provide a new confirmation on the
spot.
Sales Tax
ShoppingCabin does not charge Sales Tax within the USA,
except within the state of Ohio.
Using Promotional Codes
Join our email list! By doing so you will receive all of our Promotional Codes,
these codes can give you discounts on specific items, or significant discounts
on any item you choose. These codes can be applied during the checkout process
for big savings.
Free
Shipping - Limited Time Office
Free shipping only applies to orders above $50.00 and that are shipped to the
48 continental states. Orders below $50.00 will receive a flat rate shipping
fee during checkout. We do offer shipping to Alaska
and Hawaii
for an additional fee, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote.
How Will
My Order Ship?
We know that once you have placed an order with us, you want to receive it as
quickly as possible, so we use the best delivery companies in North
America. When shipping your order, we will use one of three
different shipping methods: Ground Shipping, Back of Truck or also known as LTL
Freight. For certain items, more than one service may be available for you to
choose from. Please note that there may be price differences if you choose to
upgrade a shipping service.Please note certain manufacturers such as Abbyson
Living do take longer than standard and lead times may range up to 4-6 weeks.
Please contact us to clarify on lead times of certain products.
ShoppingCabin is a drop-ship company, and as such different items you purchase
may be shipped from different locations. Your items may arrive on different
days and with different shipping methods if you purchase items from multiple
brands or if you place more than one order at once.

Ground Shipping (1-7 Business Days)
Smaller products will be shipped with regular ground shipping (generally USPS,
FedEx, UPS or DHL). The average transit time is between 1-7 business days (not
including pre-ship time) for any destination in the contiguous United States.
Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and
it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is
available Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required:
if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if
it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at
the address. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only
during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left
without a signature on file.
Please note that if you purchase multiple Ground Shipping items, they may be
shipped via Truck Freight instead at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Delivery to a business address (1-7 Business Days)
For ground shipments (USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL), delivery to a business address
will be carried out during normal business hours Monday to Friday only. A
signature will be requested on delivery. The carrier is not required to match
the signature to the name on the package.
Truck Freight (LTL Freight Truck) (1-7 Business Days)
If the product that you are purchasing is a larger item, it will be shipped via
truck freight, sometimes called 'back of truck'. Truck freight shipments
usually take between 1-7 business days in transit to arrive (excluding pre-ship
time).
The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery
appointment window. In general, you must be at home to receive the order.
Please note that if you are not available for a delivery appointment or the
carrier cannot contact you, the order will be held for you for several days.
There may be a storage charge for this service. After this time, the order will
be returned to the manufacturer for credit under our Standard Return Policy.
After the product is delivered to the shipping address, it is the customer's
responsibility to unload it from the back of the truck. If the item is very
heavy please ensure that you have assistance to remove it from the delivery
truck. For an additional fee, the carrier can use a liftgate to remove the
items from the truck for you. Inside delivery across the threshold of your home
may also be available at an extra charge. Some truck freight companies can
provide assembly of the items for an additional fee. Please contact us before
placing your order for more information on this service. Please note that
deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
